IRON-NETTED should be perfectly mixed with cement and later with granite chips. Thorough mixing with cement is essential for an even dispersion of IRON-NETTED powder. Ensure water contents in IRON-NETTED topping as low as possible for work ability. Prepare only such quantity of IRON-NETTED mixture which could be used within 30 minutes after adding the water to mixture. Do not allow dry cement of mixture of cement and sand to be sprinkled on the IRON-NETTED topping to speed up the work or to correct inequities in the surface.

Floor hardeners are basically used because they improve abrasion resistance. It has verities as single kind of floor hardener is not sufficient for all the areas. Metallic floor hardener is one of its types which is used in the areas of car parking and garages, in subways and power stations, in some utility areas such as boiler rooms, it is also used in warehouses etc. This application is not suitable for use in such floors where the floor is directly exposed to inorganic acids or liquid spillages. It is applied on green concrete means fresh concrete once it is capable of bearing applicators weight.

This application gives concrete an abrasion resistance and a very dense surface. It combines with cement place that is available for the surface and forms a very dense and tight layer of abrasion resistant particles. This application is recommended to use on both exterior and interior surfaces of concrete such as floor and slabs and increases its durability and desired abrasion.

Bond liquid floor hardener concrete densifier and chemical hardener compound is a proprietary, water-based, ready-to-use, clear silicate liquid, formulated with chemically reactive raw materials to harden and dust proof concrete. This waterborne solution, when properly applied, offers substantial improvement in abrasion and chemical resistance and will significantly improve the durability of the concrete surface when compared to untreated concrete. As liquid floor hardener is applied and penetrates into the concrete surface, a chemical reaction takes place, producing a byproduct that fills in the pores of the concrete.
